In the event of a dispute, you must first contact our Customer Support team via live chat or email to attempt resolution. Decisions made by the Compliance Team are final and binding, except as provided by applicable law.
If informal dispute resolution fails, both parties agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). Arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and compliance with withdrawal procedures. Account closure does not relieve you of any obligations under this Agreement.
